In downtown Halifax, there is an empty lot the size of one city block, that used to hold the old newspaper building. Now it sits, abandoned and decrepit, awaiting a decision on the construction of a new convention centre. In the meantime, it has become the occasional home of outdoor art installations. The most recent of these has seen the entire lot strewn with "bodies".
According to the artist, it represents "a frozen, fenced-in population, at once ambiguous, abstract, wondrous".

Looks like the aftermath of a Parks Belk bombing.
omigod coming across that with no knowledge. wow.
Scary.
Umm... Flat, bloodless, vampire victims. Ick. Well...at least they are doing something with the lot - lol!
That is actually a really neat art idea. It is what is left of the latest intro episode (Chris not David) of Doctor Who :)
Cheers!
I love when abandoned space is used for something, especially art. Even if it is strange. The stranger the better ;)
