new year's day

It's become a tradition on this day in recent years to go for a long afternoon walk with my camera.  And think about resolutions.  Or the lack thereof.

I have long since given up on the more traditional resolutions, but in past years, I have attempted some Halloween resolutions.  A collection of my haunted hopes and dreams. But sadly, these have, more often than not, turned out much the same as my long-forgotten standard resolutions.  Badly.  So this year, I have decided that my Halloween resolutions will be . . . non-existent.  No plans.  No good intentions.  No goals whatsoever.  It might be interesting to see how this turns out.   Happy 2012.

We don't do resolutions here at Hitch Park. All the best in 2012.

Happy New Year!

Having no goals is perfect - it makes way for plenty of inspiration!

Hoping this year is endlessly inspiring for you!
