she's back

There she was.  Right in front of me as I waited in line at the grocery store.  Staring at me from the cover of her new Halloween issue.

And I have every reason to believe it is a new issue this year. I didn't notice the words "best of " or "highlights" anywhere on the cover.  But I haven't gotten past the cover yet.  I'm waiting for a break in my day so I can sit down and savour it.  Perhaps with the accompaniment of a hard apple cider.

*excited* I've already picked up two halloween magazines. Will pick this one up over the weekend. On a makeup note: What amazing lash extensions!!!

Oh, this is such a funny time for me to see this picture! I was just outside taking some photos of a big insect for an upcoming blog post. Then I come in and see more big bugs!

Martha is so great. I bet you'll have a fun time paging through that magazine. I'm going to need to go out and find a copy too!

I'm not in to the whole magazine stuff other than the fact that it just feels good knowing it's that much closer to Halloween. However, I've heard the rants about her recycling the same stuff year after year and wasting everyone's time.

So, with that, I hope there's new things for yourself and others who purchase that magazine this year.

Please fill us in once you've flipped through the magazine. I have purchased and halloween mags yet. I've never purchased a Martha Stewart magazine. I love her stuff but, she still rubs me the wrong way. I'm afraid if I try one of her projects I'll hear a voice over my shoulder telling me it's not perfect! Thanks for sharing.

Is it possible? Did my Martha Stewart post last year get noticed?

Was the form letter true???

So what's the verdict? New or recycled?

Reminds me of when I was a lad, and the first seasonal edition of Oriental Trading would show up at the end of summer.

I still try to order the fright catalog every summer, though they don't seem to be printing it anymore. Too bad so sad.

It looks to be about 75% new stuff (or new to me at least). I'll put together a post soon of the ideas that caught my eye.

And moths frighten me too. I think it's a remnant from my childhood when they would fly into my house and hover around my bedroom light. Martha as a moth? It's almost too much to bear. <:O

I got it Wednesday with a couple of other magazines. It's definitely got some new stuff. It's a little thin but you know you'll regret not buying it!

Love Martha's Halloween costumes and every year I re-read the old magazines and seek out the new one. Looking forward to the 2011 issue.
